Corio announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Multi Corporation (Multi) in relation to the potential acquisition by Corio of part of Multi’s portfolio. Corio is primarily interested in a number of operational shopping centres, as well as centres under development, in a selected number of Western-European countries, with a focus on Germany, and the main objective to open a new home market. At the same time we recognize the opportunity to combine top development with first class operational skills by potentially teaming up in a number of projects.
